Payment

Our online transaction is powered by paypal. However, it is optional to create a paypal account or not. Even if you do not have a paypal accout, you can complete your shopping just simply go through the checkout procedure.

 

Here’s how it works:

  • Enter your name and shipping address.
  • Enter credit card, email address, and phone number.
  • After reviewing your information, just confirm your transaction and exit the page. You may also choose to save your information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster.

 

Shipping

We ship FAST! Once we've received your payment, item will be shipped within 24-48 hours of business days. Insurance is optional. Insurance is a wise investment and we are not responsible for lost and damages during transit. We most often use. PayPal's USPS shipping service with confirmation number.

 

Back-Ordered Items and Product Substitutions

We will inform you within 24-48 hours if an item purchased is out of stock. We will ship all in-stock items right away and ship any back-ordered items as soon as they become available. If an item is going to be out of stock for a while, we will refund your order.

 

Returns and Exchanges

For the natural of our handmade products and for hygiene purposes, we regret that we are UNABLE to accept returns on brushes, containers and minerals. All Sales are Final on all merchandise.

 

We do not offer refunds or reimbursements towards the cost of shipping returned or exchanged merchandise back to us. For damaged merchandise, please email us and we will send replacement items if available at no additional shipping charge. In case of replacement is not available, we will refund the item minus shipping to your account.
